Programs

              

For almost a quarter century, the DuPage Homeownership Center (DHOC) has been serving the needs of DuPage County. In 1991 DHOC was created to “Promote and Preserve Homeownership for low and moderate-income clients in DuPage”. By providing pre and post-home purchase education and individual counseling, DHOC has helped many achieve their dream of home ownership. As administrators of the DuPage County Homestead Grant Program, DHOC has helped borrowers with limited assets get the extra boost they needed to purchase their first home.
