Programs

              

Personal Counseling Service provides outpatient mental health services to 12 counties in Indiana and four counties in Kentucky. The agency is based out of Clark County, but have satellite offices in Seymour and Louisville. Sixty-one percent of the individuals they serve are children or youth and 53% are at or below the federal poverty guideline. Their services include mental health counseling, addictions counseling, trauma counseling, veteran counseling, music therapy, play therapy, pastoral counseling, and outreach programs including Clergy Congregation Care and a children's community choir. In 2015, the agency saw roughly 2,489 individuals not including family members or those seen through outreach programs.
